Project

Details

Alongside the impressive Carée by Wilhelm Holzbauer from the late 90s, a small piece of architecture was built. With its provocative shop windows that signal the opening of the formerly closed corporate headquarters, it has established itself. A central element, referred to as the "glass shelf" and "shop window into the future", gives the building its identity and conveys much more transparency than the old building. With its slightly inclined facades towards Bayerhammerstrasse and large glazing, it allows insights and asserts itself at the northern end of the central building together with a pylon developed from the building into a new "landmark" on Bayerhammerstrasse.

The shop window is not only the heart of the building, around which all other functions are attached, but also the technical center that is shown to visitors on all floors. The entire future-oriented technology is on display.
