Alpengasthof Bodenbauer

First part: Reception & Jaegerstube
St. Ilgen, Austria
2013–2014

Details

In April 2014, after only three month of renovation work, the first part of the refurbishment of the “Alpengasthof Bodenbauer” was completed.
Regular guests of this famous alpine inn are stunned by the newly designed entrance. Through the reinterpretation of alpine design-elements Bramberger Architects achieve a stylish correlation between contemporary architecture and traditional local style.
The “Neue Jaegerstube” and the newly designed reception are well received by visiting townspeople as well as indigenous huntsmen.
The second part of refurbishment will take place in 2015. At this stage the rooms on the first floor will get a distinctive new look.
